The solution

When the Directors of the O&G Group were looking for an IT partner, they approached Crackerjack to provide an all-in-one solution for their medical specialist practice setup in North Adelaide.

With after hours (wine and cheese) meetings ensuring the practice setup project stayed on track, we delivered on our promise to manage the full technology brief from the front to the back door.

Without listing all the requirements, we supplied internet connection(s), VoIP telephone system, Practice Management and Remote Access Servers, consulting room computers and printers along with the mandatory backup solutions.

We also had one of our staff obtain a construction industry ‘white card’ enabling us to gain access to the building whilst a major internal reconstruction was being undertaken.

The end result was a fabulous specialist medical practice with a solid IT infrastructure base to grow with…and they are.

Practice Management Server

Windows  10 Workstations

Crackerjack supplied small but fast and reliable Windows 10 computers that are ideal for the clinic workstations. With solid state drives and a suitable level of RAM, they are super quick, super quiet and super efficient.

Backup Solution

Utilising the industry recognised leader for backup solutions, Storage Craft Shadow Protect, the managed backups provide a reliable data recovery solution not just for the client data.

Snapshots of the server are taken at daily intervals which provides server restoration points in the event of a major hardware fault.

VoIP Telephone System

The supply, installation and configuration of the 3CX telephone system enabled O&G to receive calls from clients prior to the practice being opened due its cloud hosted service being accessible form anywhere, anytime.

Combine that with the flexibility of ring groups and call queues, the 3CX phone systems are a sound VoIP telephone system.
